Joy of a Hummingbird

Enjoy the little things in life.

Lines by Linda

The Joy of a hummingbird,
camouflaged in the raspberry bush,
sensing the sweet nectar six feet away.
I watched out the kitchen window,
Finally climbing to the top of  a twig,
Sitting silently still like nature’s guard,
Fluttering to a feeder for its reward,
Enjoy the little things in life.

Thank you, for the joy of a hummingbird.

Constantly Pray!

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. (Photo credit: symphony of love)

Constantly pray!
Time is too short,
Do it each day!
Never too much,
Gentle loving touch,
Always believing,
His ears are open,
Every disease,
Needs a warrior,
Every battle,
Needs a conqueror.
Every leader needs guidance,
Prayers are devil beaters.
Jesus stripes,Satan defeated.

Make prayer an ever constant river,
His living water to deliver.
